Turn Signals not working on 92' Honda Accord?
I have a 1992 Honda Accord and none of turn signals are working at all. I was wondering what this fix would be. They don't even flash when i turn them on with my dashboard. I thought it might be a fuse, but there is no simliar fuse to turn signals it's the entire lighting relay and my head lights work fine.

90% of the time it is the switch. the switch controls headlights and other things but inside the switch, everything is electrically separate. it is possible that the switch lost the internal contacts for the turn signals and nothing else. now for the fun part this switch can be quite expensive and requires a fair knowledge on steering column switches to replace. now there may be a fuse that powers just the turn signals. to check see if the flashers work. if they work you know the circuit breaker for the flashing effect and the fuse for the turn signals are ok. a professional shop will have additional info that you may not have the access to and they will be able to determine exactly if you have a fuse separate for the signal.

Hondas sometimes have a fuse box under the hood in the engine compartment, also under the dash, most cars have a fuse for turn signals. check again for a bad fuse and also replace the flasher unit.

according to honda-tech, the turn signals are on a separate relay than the hazard lights check the fuse box for a blown fuse? then the relay, maybe swap it with a similar relay and see if the other one will click finally, the combo switch for the headlights/turnsignals may be bad... ---------------------------------------... as for the power windows, there's a lockout switch by it to keep the kids in the back seat or front passenger seat from playing with the power windows it's a rocker type switch just above the window switches... flick that and see if the other 3 windows will now work; if not there's a youtube vid to try to fix it or get a replacement one from salvage yard or eBay

there is a flasher relay that can be replaced (its what makes the flash and the clicking noise), in most cases its in or near the fuse box and is a small cylindrical object that plugs in with prongs much like a fuse. try looking up online as to where it is located. A replacement relay is about $40
heres what it might look like

Possibly the wiring harness to the turn signals.
The headlights and turn signals are on their own individual circuit.
You'll need a voltmeter and special tools to plug in to the connection points.
These tools are expensive. I'd recommend taking it to the shop. They should have them their.
Repair costs and time shouldn't bee too much. Under $300

there is a flasher unit .. looks like a small hat .. two of them one for the turn signals the other for the emergency flasher you will hear a click go on and off when they are working right.. http://www.remcotowing.com/inst/Trouble_Shooting.p...
read this even copy it .. learning this will help you on any car. purchase a multi meter.. you will need this to determine if voltage is present or if a wire is broken ok.
