I would suggest to use some cream on your hands atleast three times a day. Also make sure you use soap that has aloe vera in it, that will help as well. Or you can try to look into some type of a repair set. I know Avon has one that I have used before, it worked pretty well.

Use a gentle handscrub. I use one which has almond oil in and makes my hands really smooth! It will remove dead skin and brighten up your hands too. Not sure which country you're in but hemp hand cream is really good. Or just use a nice soft hand lotion. If you wash up, wear gloves and the same goes for gardening etc.

Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream is great or of you have a smaller budget put your normal hand lotion on before bed and wear gloves, when you wake up in the morning your hands will be really soft.

always wash ur hands with dove hand wash and get some handcream

and before you go to bed you should put on a lot of hand cream and then put gloves on in the morinig ur hands will be so soft

Use hand lotion every morning and night, and whenever your hands feel dry (like after washing your hands, etc) put some lotion on. Keep a bottle of it in your school locker or purse/back-pack too. Neutrogena is a very good brand of lotion to use! (go to CVS to get it)

If you rub damp salt into your hands you will find them very soft and in the evening some hand cream might help. I keep my hands soft in this way.

Eucerin Therapeutic hand cream~~its a thick cream that doesnt feel greasy after you rub it into your hands. It really helps your hands feel soft!!

My Mom is an RN and she washes her hands a lot~~she swears by Eucerin. My sisters and I all like it too.

Mom also pours kosher salt in palm of her hand, then adds olive oil or wesson oil and rubs her hands for a couple of minutes. It exfoliates and softens your hands!!

Hemp cream is so good but its okaii 45$ for one tub

The most amazing hand lotion is Bee Luscious Moisture Mitts. It made my hands so incredibly soft!! There is NOTHING AT ALL ELSE LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!! ITS AMAZING!!!!!!

this may sound gross, but take vaseline and cover your hands with it. thick. then put on those desposible rubber/plastic gloves for about an hour, maybe more.
