Kim Bauer didn't die, but I don't think it's really explained what happened to her. The last time we saw her was in Season Five, after the whole nerve-gas thing. She told Jack that she couldn't be around him anymore because death and danger seemed to follow him. Jack let her go, and told her boyfriend to get her out of Los Angeles. They left and that was the last we saw of her.
