I have a bride who is cancelling her service with us. I think she found someone else who was willing to charge less. My problem is this: she is trying to get her deposit back.

My mistake was: She was in a rush to book us and paypal wouldn't accept her card so I met her somewhere to pick up the deposit. Since I wasn't at the office, I didn't have a contract with me. I decided I would have her sign the contract at the first meeting (this month). I have on my website that deposits are non-refundable, and I accepted a smaller deposit to help her out. I have also lost business since I have told another bride who wanted her date it was booked. The 3 day limit to back out has passed as well. I know I made a mistake in a rush to help her out, but what are my options now? Thanks so much!!!

I'm trying to be real considerate of my bridesmaids. What would you rather spend the money on? A $150-$230 dress that could be worn again or $79.99 on a dress you probably won't wear again?

My fiance is going to wear a white tux. He will be 30 by the time we get married next year and is a virgin, so I think he has every right to wear his white tux. Here's the problem. I hate the color white on me. I don't like ivory either but I HATE white. And he wants stark white too. So...I can't wear ivory and look horrible in stark white. I want pale, pale pink but I can't find a pink light enough. blush pink is still too dark. Can someone PLEASE help me! I've absolutely hated finding a wedding dress and to now find one in a color makes me hate it even more. This is by FAR the worst part of planning to me and its starting to stress me out. What colors will look right with stark white?

We are planning a lunch reception that will run about 1:30-4 or 5. We aren't planning any dances, toasts, garter/bouquet toss, and maybe not even any grand entrances or exits. We aren't dancers AT ALL! That being said, what can we do to make our wedding reception more interesting? Eating and leaving just sounds SO boring. Oh...wedding is in March 2010.

bare minerals tan is a PERFECT color for me. But bare minerals made me break out so bad I thought my skin would NEVER recover! After like 2 months, it did. I want to try everyday minerals because there is no bismuth oxychloride in it. But I need to know my shade. Thanks for your help! :)

I'm wondering why they had to have miguel leave the show. Hasn't it been at LEAST 8 years since we've seen a glimpse of him anyway? I'm thinking they want to bring someone new and they had to give a reason why he's no longer there. Like maybe some super pretty girl to cause tension with adam or a hot butler that will make sabrina cheat on victor.

My problem is its within the 90 days of signing the contract AND 90 days prior to wedding date. Her total fee was 1600, she is paying in monthly payments and has paid 760 far. She either owes $40 or $420! Major difference! Help Quick!!!
