No, but Macy's is after they bought the company and renamed all the stores.
Check out the Magnificient Mile site for a list of the stores- there is over 400 on the Mile. But for department stores there is Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Nordstrom.

If you ask many a Chicagoan where Marshall Fields is you will be a hero to them. Marshall Fields was bought out by Macy's and all of the former Marshall Fields stores are now Macy's. The original Marshall Fields building on State and Randolph still bares the name "The Marshall Field Company" on its corners but the canopies all read "Macy's". All of the other Macy's throughout Chicagoland are former Marshall Fields stores as well.

The building is still the same but it is now called Macy's since they bought out Fields. Other nice stores are Nordstroms, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor.

Yes and no. Technically, it is now macy's, but the historical aspects and most everything else are exactly the same as when it was fields. If you go there you wouldn't really notice that it had changed much if you know what it was like before.
