you can get chewable vitamins from chemists and supermarkets if youre worried, but i would say try not to worry it probably wont last!

my oldest (now 11) ate nothing but sausages till he was about five and he eats almost anything now!

they can feel your stress and if meal times are stressful then he probaly wont want to eat, i know i used to be tearing my hair out!

just offer the meal, include something he likes and some things he wont eat, if you keep offering them and he sees the rest of the family eating them he might try it.

if not have you tried smoothies or vegetable juice? then you can sneek stuff into them! my 4 year old will only eat fruit at nursery but he likes carrot juice( go figure?)

Try not giving him cow milk try Silk soy milk, instead and plenty of vegetables, fruits, and fiber.

Give him small portions at a time, small like the size of his fist.

Add Carnation instant breakfast to his milk. Grow a garden with him- kids love to pick and eat.

Give him interesting foods which he likes. Make him play while u feed so that he may take food without knowing. Its a very slow process... try it with patience... you will succeed.

    All the Best
