A polyhedron has 6 faces and seven vertices. how many edges does it have and why?

please help?

its not in my math book,

jamie doesnt know,

and nothing comes up on google.

i'm asking why not because its in the question, but i really need to know.

    For anyone wondering how a problem like this would be solved, you would use Euler's formula. Euler's formula is as follows:

    Vertices - Edges + Faces = 2

    Using some simple algebra, one can change this around to find what you want:

    7 - Edges + 6 = 2 ->

    5 - Edges + 6 = 0 ->

    11 - Edges = 0 ->

    Edges = 11

    And there's your answer.
