chunky blue highlights do either electric blue (if you want it to look crazy sweet) or ultramarine blue (if you want it to be a bit less noticeable)

OOH! This is interesting! I think that Electric Blue sounds rockin'. I'd get thick highlights and maybe thin streaks of Basic Blue and like, mixed electric and basic blue bangs! That would be totally awesome!

The gray makes you look older, in a good way. The blue makes you look a lot younger, in less of a good way. The red is alright, a bit striking, but I like it better than the blue (the blue isn't bad, I just liked the others better). If you feel like looking older, the 'white/silver' and if you want a younger look, go red. Other than that, I'd suggest a dark green as something new (dark so as to be a little further from the blue shade).

omg dye you hair bluee ... WOOO!!!
my hair is part blue, hehe, and i dyed it again last sunday.
dye part of your bangs but make sure you bleach it really light blonde aswell - because the colour comes out better.
and for colours do electric blue, thats what colour mine is and it looks really cool :)
.. also you will have to keep the extra dye because the colour fades quite fast, and you might want to dye it again very soon, but the colour gets stronger everytime you dye it. and dont worry it doesnt damage your hair much because i had a conversation with my hairdresser about this

Well, I wouldn't dye my hair any shade of blue, cuz it's not my style, but if you want to:
I think you should go with Electric Blue highlights.

You shouldn't dye your hair blue,
but if you are really set on dying it blue, go for a dark blue.
