Who was the biggest "coach killer" in NHL history?

Throughout the long history of our favorite sports league, there have been players who were deemed "coach killers", players who would stop at nothing (either by whining, poor performance, or holding out) in terms of getting their least favorite bench boss fired.

Which player in the NHL was the biggest coach killer?

Dominik Hasek faking an injury (allegedly) and crying to force Ted Nolan out of the NHL for nearly a decade doesn't just make him the biggest coach killer. It also makes it one of the biggest injustices in the NHL.

I don't know his name, but it's the guy Brian Burke was talking about who, when told by his coach during a game to give more effort, responded, "I'll still be here in a year. You probably won't be."

Or maybe lots of guys do that. Oh heck, just go with Lindros!

The Jack Adams trophy. That's like touching the Campbell or the Wales before playing for the Cup.

I seem to remember Petr Klima always either whining or his poor peformances on and off the ice so he's my pick.
