"Payroll Debit card"?

I got a Visa debit card from paychek plus.I was wondering if you can order things online and I tried to pay my nintendo repair order but it denied my card.......and I end up paying with an money order.

Update:

I got another question that's not related to my topic:How long should it take for Nintendo to recieve my money order because I sent my money order last thursday and they hadn't recieve it yet.(I sent it in a postal self-service box.

Some banks charge their commercial customers for every check they write and every deposit they make. The greedy slugs have figured out how to push these costs back on the employees. A lot of people don't want the hassle of checking accounts. If they are low income they don't qualify for free checking so paying the debit card charges is the same thing without the hassle of a bank account which can be garnished. Would I do it, no way, but I have a long, good, credit history and bank history so I don't have to.
