can anyone think of an very easy poem for me about the book Holes?

i have a project due tommorow that requires any type of poem ! an easy poem would be an acrostic poem. i don't know how to say it but its like where you write the beggining letters of the word into different words! (my example is cute)

Cuddly

Ugly

Tame ?

Entertainining

but it has to do with something about holes .. the book by Louis sacharr . please ! thankss !

Update:

and please when you write the poem, let it make sense ! thanks alot ! :] <3

I've read the book, I saw the movie...this should be a very easy assignment. Rather than do an acrostic poem, why don't you just write 8 lines of unrhymed verse about the book's plot? It might start out like this:

A desert full of sand now full of holes

What are we digging for each day?

    Aren't there holes enough without

Our making more beneath the burning sun?

...now tell "why" they were digging holes in the next four lines...this is called "free verse" and as long as you create images more than you simply "tell" what's going on, it will be a poem.

just make a poem about the plot, and make it in the shape of a circle. (you might have to hand write this)

i haven't read that book so sorry i can't help you too much!
