Will my 00 stretched earlobes ever heal?
I have finally made the jump to a 00 officially today and was wondering if I were to take them out would they ever heal to a normal ear?
I have only had my ears pierced probably 3 or 4 months so also take that into account... and if so what is the best way to do it?
and please do not waste my time with "I hear... etc"

It's really different for everyone. The general "point of no return" is a 2 or 0 gauge. I've seen bigger ones heal down to nothing, but I've also seen like 4 gauge ones only heal down to a 14 gauge.
If you're worried about ever closing them, you may want to downsize to a 4 gauge or so.
Also, if you stretched too fast, that will also cause it to close up looking like a cat's butt. If you've only had them pierced for 3-4 months it makes me think that you PROBABLY stretched to fast, since they only make piercing needles as large as 4 gauge.

Pet Peeve- It's called stretching, not "gauging". Gauging is some term teens seemed to have come up with when "gauge" is only used in reference to the size jewelry placed in a piercing. Lack of bleeding means nothing. If it hurts- Don't do it. You're just asking to get a blow out in forcing you're body to do something it can not handle. Slow down, take you're time, and don't force things. It's also generally advisable to wait at least a month before stretching again to give you're body time to heal. Stretching is generally not even started until 6 to 9 *months* after the initial piercing (NOT weeks) to allow the original piercing to heal first. Simply put- You're going far too fast. As everyone’s body is different there’s no true “point of no return.” Though most people seem to agree that once you hit a 2 gauge you’re likely not going to heal up naturally. As it’s not really an exact science though you personally could be stuck with your 8 gauge sized holes now, or you could possibly get to 00 and still heal it up fine. It’s impossible to tell, the general rule is if you wouldn’t be happy with the size you’re stretching to when you’re a old wrinkled grandparent then don’t do it. You can get streched ears surgically closed up but this will alter the shape of you’re ears, is expensive, and is not a fun process (and no one likes getting stitches, especially when they come with skin getting cut off). As a side note- I highly suggest you look into getting your jewelry from a tattoo parlor. Hot topic sells horrible and cheaply made jewelry which can have consequences later. It would also give you a chance to speak to a piercer about stretching you’re ears, and piercers are the perfect people to ask for advice on such things. In the end though it honestly sounds like you haven’t got a clue what you’re doing and that you’re going to end up hurting yourself if you don't read some more information, and/or speak with a reputable piercer.

No, they won't go back to a normal ear piercing. The smallest it'll go would probably be a 12 or 14. WOW, in 3 or 4 months and you're already at a 00. Your ear piercing is probably tender then.

Uhm.. your ears are probably totally screwed up.
No offense, but people who stretch their ears WAY WAY WAY TOO FAST LIKE OYU DID. make me sick.
You should stretch every 1-2 MONTHS. not days, not minutes, not weeks.
You will have to have reconstructive surgery to fix your ears.
After you pass the 0g line, the tissue completely changes and it wont close on its own..
It may shrink a slight amount, but it will never completely heal
