My sister live in Chicago, and she is looking for an Attorney to take her case with no money down, she has no money for a retainer fee, There are lawyer who will take you case and will only charge you if they win the case, do you know of any attorney that live in Chicago that will take her case.

It depends on the type of case. If she is being sued, it unlikely that and attorney will take the case for free. If she is suing another and the case has money potential you find an attorney who will take it on contingency basis.
