Please help my coworker what does this mean?
My co worker is very spooked she had a dream that she was in her car and someone she could not see came behind her and shot her in the back of the head and she died. She could not see the person but could tell it was a man. And she said OMG then dies. She wants to know if anyone knows what this means.

Some decision you coworker has made is not to her benefit. She's in the driver's seat , having made a decision to do something, however, some unforeseen circumstance will happen and it will harm her. Co-worker beware.

could be just a bad dream. ask her what time she saw it.
In eastern countries it is considered thta dreams that usually occur right before sunrise are true.
but again dreams are just projections of thoughts we had when awake. Its probably nothing but a nightmare. THe more she'll think of it the worse she'll feel.

It sounds to me that a man she knows is doing something behind her back, and it would be painful to her to know what it is.
