i asked a q. a while ago about dieting

so i guess you cant do dieting and not loose your boobs. so what should i eat thats healthier that wont make me gain wait, and does excersizing help you loose wait if you dont diet. and if so what exserzizes can i do that could get me a six pack. alot of people eat every 2 hours, and i know thats good for you because it makes your metabulism go faster, so thats what i did and started to loose my boobs. thats because i did it in a diet form. so what what should i eat every 2 hours that is healthy and will not shrink my boobs or just some thing that will not make me gain wait.
IM ABOUT 5'6 ABOUT 146 POUNDS AND AM NOT ACTUALLY FAT,JUST WANT 2 LOOSE SOME EXTRA WAIT.

I wouldn't worry about the boobs, most of that weight is probable in them anyway. they will reduce a little. as I'm sure you've heard it before, you need to burn more calories than you're consuming. exercising helps burn them faster, but you are burning some all day long through normal activities. I started thinking about calories one summer when I was 16 or so, i bought a gallon of Turkey hill Lemonade and planned on drinking it all afternoon. at some point in the day I glazed over the labeling and realized if i had finished the jug, i would have consumed 2000 calories. if I had just had water, I'd have been better off. I'm not insinuating that everyday you need to eat celery and drink water, but to be more conscious about what you're taking in.
I had done the Atkins diet once for a couple of months, not the best choice of diets, but it made me realize further. have you noticed how much sugar is in ketchup?

sorry but if you're going to lose weight, then it's going to come off where it will, you can't control it. If you are young, then your boobs are probably not done growing anyway.

I would say that you perhaps want to scupt more than loose weight. I would do crunches, rowing exercises, leg raisers.

dont go on any fancy diets,just pilates and portion control..it wont affect your boobs at all
