Is the US Government's Terrorist Watch List just a modern day Witch Hunt?

Pretty Much. I've been followed around, a lot since I went to a Impeach Bush rally in Houston around 2005. I also wrote my Senator, and called Bush a monster. I know now, that was a very Stupid thing to do! Gee, I thought I had a right to do that! I've payed my taxes and everything, But If you point out the obvious, Like say, "They", have taken our rights to free expression away, no one can call them on anything "They" do! We are now living in a Corporate, Fascist, Empire, being run by a Quasi-Dictator, who is bringing in the New World Order, with lots of guns, and not very much butter! He is propping up a ruined economy, by printing paper money, hand over fist, not unlike Wiemar Republic of Germany in the 1930's. We are the 4th Reich, and like it or not, History is repeating it's self in a very real and hard way! Don't think for a moment I like having to point this out! I don't! I wish so hard that I was dead wrong on this fact, but, anyone paying attention, anyone not to Scared to pay attention, can see this coming, like a mushroom cloud! The question is, then,"What can we do about it"! If all of our elected officials are in on it, we are doomed to repeat history in a very hard way. The world would not stand for a Fascist Germany, nor will it stand for a Fascist America! In the end the people of Germany did the suffering. Could the people of America meet the same end? I pray that someone, somehow, takes the reigns, and turns our country back about 9 years, and acts like the leader we had once had ,when all we had to worry about was keeping the White House Interns from dropping to their knees.

Not satiisfied with a 'War on Drugs', or The Full Employment Act for Law Enforcement, we now have the Dept. of Homeland Security, or the Homeland Security Gestapo. Because there really aren't any truely international 'terrorists' in the US this legal boondoggle has to create bad guys so it can justify it's position and budget. Basically these guys have nothing to do but entrap people. But they keep us SAFE!.....No they don't....they keep us scared of the boogy man that never comes. Is it possible that a nut case or a group of nut cases could pull off a major coup? Certainly, but that could have happened before the fourth amendment was trashed. Trashing the fourth amendment added nothing. During WW2 the FBI managed to collect the few spies sent over by the Nazis...that's what they were paid to do....that's what they could do now. Instead we have a massive 'government program' tapping our phones, opening our mail and going through our underwear drawers without warrants. Believe me, at some point every American will have a run in with these people....people's lives will be ruined, finances shot, jobs lost, careers cut short. We'll be no safer and at some point a real 'dictaor' will take advantage of this set of laws. So far because of the incompetence of the Bush Junta most people slip past these govenment sneaks...a really competent and efficiant government of knaves would be really bad. No kiddin'!

I find it interesting that no one hear suggested what we could do to help these children. That is the point of writing an article ..... so that someone besides one journalist can do something. I live in Northern California, with the fires. What amazes me, is that while the land, homes burn life goes on. Oh yes, people complain of smoke ... but they go to work, eat sleep, and act as if it is not happening. I am a Thai Therapist, and we were discussing donating massages to the fire fighters, we have a group of around 250 housed on our fair grounds ..... but it seems over whelming, 6 therapist, what can we do? How many of us read this article here? How many read it in the paper? It is like so much else now ..... we are conditioned to feel powerless ...... It's a witch hunt plain and simple.

When we talk about our country being overtaken by terrorist and having a new world order considering the Muslims and the Middle East struggle. It bring to mind a quote made by Senator Baracka Obama in his book "The Audacity of Hope"

"I shall stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction"

Now this really sounds strange coming from someone who want to be our President and Commander in Chief and given his connection to the Muslims countries it make me wonder just how much damage this man could do to America while he is in charge and how the NWO perceives him and what he can do for them against America.

Given all this information in regards to this ? we really need to know more about the person we put in charge of our country and our future.

I can assure you that I've made up my mind not to vote for Obama because of his statement regarding standing with the Muslims against America if the political winds turn against him in November.

I have voted the Democrat ticket for the last 45 years but this year I won't due to who they have chosen as their nominee.

It is most definitely a modern day witch hunt. I have been looking into some of the reasons you can be labeled a terrorist. It is shocking. According to some of the discriptions, everyone in America is a potential terrorist.

Bush has made it possible to do whatever to whomever he chooses. He has cast his net far and wide.
