What REAL chance does Obama have at getting into the White House?
I am not being racist when I ask this question either...but realistic.
The reason why I ask this question is because it is obvious that after many of his comments and the people whom he has surrounded himself that HE is very racist and has Marxist beliefs in everything that he does. With this knowledge, how in the world would (I admit it because I have friends from the south) the south ever vote for a black person who is racist and despises "Small town America"
Yes, the south is racist still, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that..watch Borat or even "Top Gear" when they went down there..the guys from "Top Gear" were almost ASSAULTED for just having writing on the side of their vehicles.
After the "Small Town" Comment, most Americans do not support him because they are originally FROM the small towns. When you add to it the other comments about the Flag, National Anthem and also not knowing how many states there are...I seriously can't see him winning anything.
I do not like McCain because he is part of the Council of Foreign Relations as is Clinton and Obama, and I don't like them for the same reason.
Chris, you have forgotten the reason why he may have "won" is because they didn't count Clinton's numbers in it. There are MANY "Small town older people" who are democrats and refuse to vote for Obama based on comments that he has stated. They will unfortunately go to McCain and the Republicans know this.
Beaten...First off the "I am not being racist" comment was for all of the people automatically wanting to attack me for the question and pointing out the facts as OBAMA presented them, and wanting answers verses attacks, nothing more than that. If you want to read more into it than that, then fine, that is your perogative.
Secondly, how could a person WHO DOES NOT RESPECT A GOOD PORTION OF THE US...Yes, I am talking about "Small Town AMerica"...give healing or any guidance? Sorry, I just don't see it.
Dude... All those "Little things" translate into "Warning signs" for Americans. Disregarding a vast majority of citizens like Obama did shows he is not ready to lead this country.

I agree with the first answer from Danielle H and it is nice to see someone else out there is aware of the BLOODLINES of the elite stretching out to europe and even queenie. Most people don't have a clue.
To answer the question, he has absolutely no chance. Not caring whether he is black, green, or yellow, is my opinion, but the problem he has is that many of the elite believe black skin to be a curse from god...not my words, theres.
He is in there simply to give hope to the people that a black person could be elected when the reality is far removed.
They might allow him to get close to make it interesting so that the people are fooled once more, but he has more chance of growing a 3rd leg than winning this one.
Of the last few presidents America has had, 2 of them are father and son who worked under the Nixon & Reagan tenures, and the other one screwed more woman than a horny gynaecologist...the latter being married to Hilary, who is pretty much assured her place as the first female President of America.
It really doesn't matter who gets in because it is not going to be they who are making the decisions...they are just signing the executive orders.

As much as I hate to admit it, a pretty good chance. I personally do not like him nor do I trust him and I don't think he has enough experience.
I really don't care for any of the candidates. If I had to pick the lesser evil, I would say Hillary, but I have a feeling Obama will win the democratic nomination. It will be interesting to see who would win between McCain and Obama, I don't like either of them really. The Nation is such a mess right now, I am not sure who can fix it on earth. I don't like all of Hillary's ideas, but at least she is a medium between the other two.
Oh yeah, Obama's wife is a scarier thing than even he is. She looks like trouble and acts like trouble.

Obama has all the votes he's ever going to get and then some. Even with Edwards on the ticket Obama won't get that many non-black working class people. He definitely won't get any cross over votes. In addition, there are a number of non-black males (especially Hispanics) that voted Obama because they would never vote for a woman. Once Obama is competing against another male, those voters will defect to McCain. Obama's total vote count will go down in the general election.

I agree with you. Obama is a two bit hack who will not win against McCain. Obama has done nothing but lie shamelessly about Rev Wrong, Bill Ayers and all the other QUESTIONABLE people he has associated with in the past. Anyone with an IQ above 50 will never vote for the jerk. He is a rookie senator with no major accomplishments so far the last 3 yrs he has been in office. So how could anyone even consider him to be qualified to run for president yet get elected???
The same goes for Hillary. McCain at least has been a Senator the last 20+ yrs.

Bush incredibly did not help the Republican's possibilities of winning, yet regularly it replace into their going to the extremes of the Tea occasion and non secular suitable. If the GOP lost the 'God & weapons' stuff, and purely centred on economic conservatism, they might stand a raffle of winning. if that they had performed so this time, and chosen Jon Huntsman as their candidate, they might have gained.

I can just hope and pray that people will get over the shock from the "small town" comment. After all, what is so wrong and so insulting about what he said? I think basically nothing.

I think his chances are slim. It's difficult to Gage as I believe the Silent Majority is huge, no one knows how big or where they are, but I think they are going to come out en masse against Obama in the same way that Blacks are coming out in favor of him; however, there are only 12.5% Blacks.
Hopefully if the DNC makes him their candidate, the Hillary supports will OPENLY AND LOUDLY announce their plans to vote for McCain. McCain would win easily, then in 2012, after a reorganization of the DNC, and sending Obama back to the south side of Chicago, Hillary could probably WIN the Presidency then.
I'll NEVER VOTE FOR OBAMA AS PRESIDENT, NO MATTER WHO THE VP IS.
Hillary NOW or MC CAIN in November, a loyal and patriotic American.

Obama has no chance of being elected. The only way he gets in the White House will be by invitation and after the election, no President even half way concerned with his reputation is going to invite that terrorist loving, Marxist, race baiting, little bastard to dinner.
