i went to make a t-shirt, and i was about to paste a label on it, the kr3w label, and i wanted to know if it was legal to do that.

It is only illegal if you try to sell it since that would be considered Trademark Infringement.
Placing brands on personal items is a form of personal expression and thus protected by the 1st Amendment.
Anyone that gets nasty with you, all you need to do is express it is self expression and not a promotion of any business or trade. After that, the legal eagles will go away. Disney is infamous for doing this trying to get their copyrighted works off private custom cars, clothing and buildings.

it is only legal if you get their permission. who know, maybe if they like the shirt you make, they might even put it on the market.....
