Spiritually speaking, can anyone explain my dual core?

I have looked inside and I appear to have both a mind and a body. First of all, is this normal?

My mind seems to be running at 60% full. However whenever I empty it my heart fills with joy. Can I fully empty my mind to experience maximum joy?

If I do empty my mind, should I check my history first for errors? Or can I ignore the past and just forget about it. I don’t want to cause any problems later.

Note for answerers. I have experienced software compatibility problems with Christianity in the past. In particular, answers in C++ lose something in translation. Though you’re welcome to try.

    Ah, the duality of existence.

Unfortunately there is no way you can see that you have a mind by looking inside - you can only assume it's existence by inference and observing things to be 'inside self' and 'outside self', thus indicating that you are a closed system inside a larger entity.

You will have problems defining the split between mind and body because there isn't one. The 'mind' is a convenience to explain electrical impulses which are part of the brain - which is part of the body.

Emptying your mind will close down your perceptual input which will only fool you into thinking that your vision is clearer. In reality what you are doing is seeing a smaller system and interpreting the experience as seeing further to the walls of your existence, while in fact you are simply bringing the walls in closer.

It is normal to have a mind and a body, however, you will often find that the mind and the body are at war with each other, this compatibility issue is rectified with service patch 2 which can be downloaded with a high speed connection to the big O/S in the sky.

You might find it convenient to have some residual memory, but i recommend setting it at no longer than around three or four hours to improve performance and remove the general sluggishness and even serious internal errors (particularly after being unplugged from a network) that continuous experience and longer memories bring.

You will however find that it is handy to do a full wipe every friday or saturday night, but remember allocate several hours the next day to install backup drivers (especially multivitamin 3.2 and several copies of litres of water 1.0 and a copy of greasy food (any version) to aid in a full reinstall.

Also, keep in mind that it is always possible to upgrade to a quad-core which also features enhanced genital and soul components.

Your heart is telling you the right things to do, while your body is telling you the wrong things to do. Your flesh is at enmity with God and those who live by the dictates of the flesh can not please God. This conflict between the dual core of your nature is what causes conflict, and it is your mind that has to decide what you will do and which one you will obey. The problem here is that once your flesh has taken control, it does not release your mind, thus making you captive as a slave to the physical desires. Only Jesus can reprogram you and set you free from the dire consequences of living your life through your senses (This is called sin, and it pays you back by dragging you into hell with it). I'm not sure which is better, C++ or VB because they both appeal to outward results, when what you really need is an inner change in your core directives; a new OS. You need to reboot, and only Jesus can do it safely. Any others will fry your BIOS in the attempt.

Your bad experiences with Christianity in the past is caused partly to incompatible programming and USB input from 5 senses that are limited to only these 3 dimensions, and disregard the many other dimensions of reality that come into play. You need spiritual input and that can ONLY come from God - again - as He reprograms your BIOS, upgrades your OS, and reboots you.

Your dual core as you put it is your mind and body but it is not what makes you, your mind and body only reflect the true self which is your spirit. We are made of these three things,, mind, body, and soul or spirit....the same that we were made in the image of, God. To understand this is to understand everything God wants us to be.....Think of a computer, soft ware, hardware, user...these things make up your computer, one without the other usless in itself but together they can make things happen....the more you put in to your computer, the more you get out of it, if you put garbage in you have to take the gabage, and just like us the garbage is always harder to get out than the usful stuff we want, it slows down the hardware when we mess up software and hence we as the user suffer, our minds are our hard drives what you put in is either going to help our bodies do what we want them to do or they will cause us to slow down or sometime even shut down, this is when it is reflected in our true selves our spirit, with things such as doubt, depresstion, anger and so on...no matter what your belief system is, what ever your operating system is, it will always reflect what your true essence is, whether it be good or bad. Your mind is what you act on , but the spirit is how you carry it out you cannot seperate the three...it is how we were made, if you look back at any decistion you have made you will see that this is true, and there is no one or any religion out there that this is not based on .....this is everyones core,....you and only you can choose what to buuild your own core, this is your free will, this will affect your whole life, but it is good to know that we do have a choice.

Your mind is in your head. It is your brain, an organ like any other. And it needs nutrition and exercise to function properly.

Physical, emotional, and mental fitness are all the same thing.

A person consist of three parts: spirit, soul, body.

The soul consist of intellect, will, and emotion. So the mind is part of the soul.

when David writes : "Why are you downcast, O my soul?

    Why so disturbed within me?"

it is his spirit talking to his soul.....the spirit is connected to God. then David continues : "Put your hope in God,

for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God."

... or you are that in which body and mind arise and you are prior to it, watching it, at the same time being in it, being it, enjoying its mechanisms and functionings...

here is a video on: who are you? are you the body?

Your operating system needs an upgrade.

I would download one from www.god.org/jesus/redemption

Should this download fail, please try www.buddha.org/enlightenment.

If all else fails, go to www.alcohol.org/oblivion
