YES! That's considered cheating, ESPECIALLY that he's married. I didn't know Mr. Clinton could affect people that much! If you have a relationship online with someone you can't even kiss, it's considered cheating. Some even consider having sexual fantasies about someone who isn't your significant other cheating. hell yeah, i think it is very much so cheating, just the fact that he is with another woman is cheating, and to top it off if he has oral sex, it's still sex so therefore it is still cheating.Cheating consists of a man and a woman having relations whether it's sexual or flirting, or dating etc, it's still cheating, once there's feelings involved with one another, then it is still cheating, so those 45% that said it's not, obviously don't want to be considered a cheater, or feel guilty that they have cheated so therefore says that load of bull, that it's not cheating, but it is.

definitely!! Both in the world's eyes and in God's. As any form of sex even lusting after another person in your mind, is considered adultery and cheating. As it means your heart isn't truly with the person you pledged to love. Whether married to that person or not. You said you love the one you call your spouse , boyfriend girl or significant other.
