My goldfish fidgets when still.?
New small fancy goldfish in a tank by itself.
It looks healthy: no fungus, no white tufts, not dropsy b/c scales are not popped out, doesn't gasp for air at the surface.
But it doesn't eat and when still, it fidgets. It doesn't swim smoothly but swims and stops and fidgets, swims stop and fidget, etc. It has filter and a bubble wand the size of the tank itself and which helps break the surface.
So...whats wrong with it??

Don't worry I know the best solution for your problem.
Maybe the goldfish not familiar with the new environment.You can buy a type of solution to be put in your tank to help the fish.This medicine normally put by the pet shop retailer in your fish plastic bag to help to reduce the stress of the fish newly bought.
If the condition still the same after 1-2 days then try this method:
Maybe the water environment not suitable.Try to check the water pH and hardness level.
Goldfish water temperature must be maintain at 10-20c (50-68 F),pH 6.5-7.5 and dH to 15.
