Sounds like reflux to me. Something that always sounds scary but in fact is very common. Essentially it is babies heartburn. it is caused by the muscles that are at the top of the stomach not being strong enough to stop acid coming out of the stomach - if that makes sense. Common symptoms are throwing up their feeds. Arching backs, unsettled when being fed. The arching back & real discomfort is often not prevelant until your baby is approx 8 weeks.
I know a few people who have had their LO diagnosed late because generally healthcare providers state that if your LO is still gaining weight it cant be reflux. This is not the case.
I am afraid I don't know of a website that can give you more info but I am sure if you do a search on google you will find plenty.
If it is reflux please don't worry they often grow out of the problem as the muscle strengthens,
Good Luck & congratulations :)

Try a soy based formula. He could be lactose intolerant. My younger brother had to be put on soy formula when he was a baby because of this, good luck I hope you find a solution soon.

My daughter had a similiar problem it has to do with the flap in their something-sorry its been 9 yrs!...I had to put her on nutramigen and it finally worked-ask your doctor about this...Also if you are on W.I.C. the womens infants children program your dr has to give you a referral for it first as wic will not pay for it other wise...

Maybe he doesn't tolerate the new formula. Need to seek a new one or use the one it worked before.
