is there a school here that has short course on accounting? i mean, accounting for non accountants.?

Usually in any bachelor course, they offered this subject accounting for non accountants..Try PLM.

I remember taking this subject made me feel dizzy...!!! whew!!! I am glad I did it 8 yrs ago...

i guess there is no short cut to being an accountant.

you have to take the 5 year accounting course and take the CPA board exam.

but there's this thing that i heard..

if you want, you can go to australia (university of newcastle).

they give chances to those who want to shift to accounting by offering the accounting course for only 16 months. but before that, you must have studied college for at least 2 years from any recognized school here in the Philippines.

there was an exhibit held at shangri-la last saturday about studying in australia. it would have been nice if you knew about it early on.

yes many actually do. try website of PICPA philippine institue of Cert. public accountants about schedule of courses.

i guess non but there are training centers offering this type of course. we used to have our people attend this training. you may want to check out ateneo and UP.
