I would recommend Lonely Planet "Denmark".

Best guidebook depends very much on the type of visitor you are. Are you a "see everything from the air conditioned coach/bus" type of tourist? Or a budget backpack-style tourist? Or a traveller seeking to learn and adapt for an extended stay? B&Bs or 5 star luxury hotels? Do-it-yourself picnics, or sampling the best restaurants? Please add details so you can get better-informed answers. I'll check back later.
