No it doesnt. I have used lots of spot creams. The best one is called quinederm. You can buy it over the counter in boots.

I'm 13 and I have the same problem. It was really bad but now it is much better. I bought Clean & Clear and it really works. You wet your face and then massage the cream in hard, especially in the bad breakouts. Leave it on for about 5 - 10 minutes and then rinse of thoroughly. Use it morning and night and after about 3 days, you will notice a difference. This cream also prevents the breakouts and leaves your skin lovely and smooth. This doesn't block your pores! These are the right instructions. You might have used it wrong or it just doesn't work. If you get any rashes or skin reactions, then stop using it. You should do this for any cream the irritates your skin and then find another one. Also, try to keep your hands off your face, cut down on the make-up, keep your hair tied back as much as possible and rinse your mace when you have been sweating. Don't let these breakouts hold you back because you will regret it. Hope this helps..........Rachel x

I tried it and it didn't work but i suppose it depends on your skin type. I'm using sudacrem at the moment which sounds like something weird to use but if u put it directly on the target areas every night it really works! I would definately reccommend it :)

It didn't work for me personally, but some of my friends found it did. I find that witch-hazel or aloe vera gel is more effective :)

i wud say yes, i wen i use the face wash it feels really good and my skin clears up. But i spose its different for everyone.
