Limited access with Linksys router?

I'm sort of a non-techie, so not sure if I'm providing all the information necessary or in the right form, but I'll do my best.

I have two computers at home on one router (a Linksys Wireless-G). Initially, when I connect the router and modem to one computer, the other one will be able to receive a wireless signal. However, some time later (usually after several hours) the computer on wireless will only be able to receive "limited access" or none to the network. If I restart the computer, it is then able to receive full wireless again. This happens no matter which computer is connected to the router and which is receiving wireless.

Both of our computers are running Windows Vista, and the network is unsecured.

Any advice would be very, very much appreciated as this is really aggravating. I'll also provide any other information necessary.

Thanks!

    Try all of these

Pay attention to power settings on the PC..Control panel, power settings.

Also make sure there are no woreless phones or nursery monitors nearby.

Get the latest firmware for your router.

Get the latest drivers for your Wireless adapter.

Switch between the windows zero config service and the manufacturer's software to manage the wireless connection.

Did you check (wired) that your linksys is still with correct parameters for your wireless network ? did you recreate your wireless configuration on your laptop or PC ? Check out these two points first. then i would go for a reset of your linksys. After reseting your linksys just restart from scratch and define your network its parameters and so on. Do the same on your PC.

it could possibly be your computer turning off the wireless card, it could also be your IP address "timing out" from the DHCP server.

try changing your connection from a dynamic IP address to a static one on the laptop (check your router instructions on how, they normally say)
