I was checking answer sheet of my students' GK exam. One student had 99/100 correct answers. But to one question- What is capital of Japan- he had answered- "NEITHER DO I".
I was really surprised, & I could not guess about the answer he had written till I checked the answer of student whose roll number was one before him. He also had 99/100 correct answers & when I read his answer to same question about capital of Japan, he had written I DO NOT KNOW.
