Hi, I don't know how to report this so here's a cut n paste of an email I received:

If this email came through the YA email message system, you first need to BLOCK the person that sent it. Then, forward the message to the YA team at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com stating what the problem is. They will handle it. Also, if the person has their Q&A open, you can check to see if their Q or A are violations for spamming as well (often are) and report them.

Given that there's a handful of staff, and many dozens of questions are posted each minute, 24/7/52, it's impossible for staff to monitor this site.
Staff are NOT going to see this.
Remove this question, and forward the email to
y_answrs_team@yahoo.com
answers-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com
so they can deal with them.
