Girls who know fashion?
Hey, i'm a brunette and i was just wondering if the kind of summer clothes i wear matters on what color my hair is.
Any suggestions? like are there any certain colors that work best? my hair is natural brown- no highlights or anything yet. its medium short, about shoulder length, and its straight and smooth- if any of that matters.
I'm looking for the best suggestions for clothes, outfits, makeup, shoes, ext....
I've got a new job with a whole bunch of money so i'm trying to buy new things.

Brunettes have a lot of versatility! More colors look good on brunettes than any other hair color.
BUT! I have found that, no matter what shade of brown your hair is or what type of skin tone you may have, brunettes should avoid any fluorescent colors all together. I have a bright pink shirt that I just absolutely love when I am blonde (it takes away some of the yellow undertones in my skin) but it does not look as great when I am a brunette. I think that colors such as lime green, sunshine yellow or others that scream neon sign should be avoided by brunette women. I am not sure why these colors look off on women with brown hair but they just seem to. This is my own personal opinion but I have been echoed on this sentiment by many of my mutually brown haired friends. Turquiose is one of my favorite colors on brunettes!
Eyeshadow is another area where the color is limited mainly by the brunette’s imagination. In general, eyeshadow should match, or not compete with, the colors a woman is wearing at the time. Blue and green should be used carefully and sparingly, but there is a whole rainbow available, otherwise. Most brunettes should have a warm brown and a light tawny shade in their arsenal of eyeshadows. These colors match almost any outfit or situation. They will usually not compete with anything. A brunette should also have a plum shade and a lavender and a pink shade in the palette, as well.

Well our hair sounds a little bit of the same. When mine was on my shoulders i would wear Tube tops. Something that shows more shoulder and neck you know halter or anything. And Being a Brunette The color i would suggest the most would be an orange-ish color top. That or Yellow. If you wore a halter, either Jeans or Burmuida shorts would look good. Or a Tube you should most likley where short shorts with. Either Brown or Black flatts or flip flops with orange top. Straight hair. Bright make-up(eye-shadow) dark mascarra. Long Brown or black necklace. That would be cute.

K lets start with make up.
Since you have dark hair, eyes are a big deal!
Use a black mascara, lots of different colour eye liners/shadows. Its all about trial and error, see which one you like the best, whichever colours suit you. I'd say just use the mascara, especially for the summer, you don't want too much make up caked on your face in the nice warm weather. Maybe add some black eyeliner to the under lid to liven your eye colour up.
As for clothes, light coloured comfortable wear is the best! Lots of yellows, pinks, whites, light blues. It will brighten you right up... Capri pants, shorts, tanks, skirts, t-shirts, you name it! As for shoes, that's your own judgment call. Whatever the rest of the outfit calls for. Just be comfortable!
Don't be afraid to experiment with lots of colour...
You'll look gorgeous!

it totally maters on ur haircolor and skin tone
but more so on ur skin tone
if u have a darker skin tone i would stay away from whites and browns
if u have a lighter skintone (like me) i would stay away from blacks cause they make skin look lighter but whites totally compliment lighter skintones cause it makes them look darker

if ur short were heals or flats if ur tall wear flats or heals but not really tall heals because it will make u look really tall!

depending on how old u are it depends on what u should wear
