Russia starts out with a 7, followed by a Subscriber Number: of 5-7 digits so, I'd just discard the message if any. It's probably a scam like these emails saying "so-and-so died in a plane crash in Kenya and left you 20 million US dollars, providing you let me act as your agent. We will then split the money fairly, with me getting 70% and you to get 30%, blah blah blah if you send me ALL your personal information." Probably an identity theft scheme.
