Women! What makes men noticable? What would encourage you into asking a guy out?

I do not believe in asking a fellow out! I am very old-fashioned this way.

But men and women are very aware of an attraction between them. How I respond to that attraction usually will encourage a man to want to know me for me. To me, a man is noticeable for his manners, intelligence, chivalry, uniqueness of being, self confidence, not arrogance which I abhor in anyone. Sense of humour and wholesomeness. How he smiles and laughs and how he'd GENUINELY approach me with respect. Anything other than this causes me to lose interest.
