Defected Warranty,By Quality Suzuki?

the o6 suzuki engine is substantiallydifferent from the 2005,Suzuki certified sale consultant stated there was several engine problems with the 05,oil in 05 was not a problems,I was adviced to find out my right,since I had been decieved by quality Suzuki and the manufactor.the warranty was defected,reason it was never apply,stated the attorney,therefore a defected engine sold by quality Suzuki,it was all in a matter of time to stop running,two months after purchased it stop in 06,twice in 07,there was constant mechaical problems even with the tranmission,and Idling high ,buying an american car is not solving this problems,because of the deceit the lie,and false advertisement has cost us to lose over 35,000 thousand dollars,this maybe hard to believe,but its true.I ask owner only of the 06 grand vitara,this is something to think about.If this happen to you how would you handle it? when you have been reapped off by such peoples like quality Suzuki.

    I will repeat what I said in my 1st reply. If you did your part and maintained your vehicle to manufacturer requirements then call 1-800-934-0934 and they will resolve the issue.
