How many times?

I drink SOME weekends. either friday or saturday, usual i drink either Sugar Free Wkd's, Smirnoff OR Magners/Bulmers cider. not all of them in the same night obviously i stick to one. I don't want to put any weight and i work out (cardio,dance,yoga) 3-4times a week, i eat right. and i lower my calories on the day im going to be drinking. I don't want to drink every single weekend cuz i know i'll get a huge belly! so if i do it like one weekend, miss 2 weekends, then do it, then miss 2. if i keep it like that should i be ok!?

    Yes that's a very good level of moderation, but keep up that cardio! You wanna make sure to burn it all before it settles.
