    Im not working out much today but im trying to maintain my weight (98lbs-100lbs) i've walked about 4mile maybe 5 today thats all. I know i have to eat something even though im not working out much, but i want to know which one is best for me/healthiessst/NON calorific and something that just dissapears like fruit.

    Tomoto soup (74Cals)

    Plain salad lettuce cucumber tomoto's etc, 2-3slices of turkey and squirt of lemon to break down fat.

    im on a liqued diet a.k.a fast for 12 Days, its my first day and i've had warm water and lemon this morning, im going to the gym and need a few vitamins orrrr energy. which would help me out more vitamens or energy?

  • Eaten too much??

    Today i've done 2hours of cardio and 10mins of the bike, and 200 crunchess. i've eaten (after training) 2 slices of lean ham 2 slices of turkey and plain salad no dressings. Then i had loads of fruit, peachs, pineapple, kiwii and about 10raisens.

    is this too much?? should i even be eating after working out? im trying to maintain my weight. 98lbs (5ft 3 btw)

    should i have anything else to eat today? if so what? i wont be eating till i come home from my boyfriends, which will be about 9 or something, which is bad i know, if i can i will eat before i go. :)

    Will a 90minute walk on 6.8 and 4incline cardio work out and yoga all week get me back on track and burn the fatty alcohol cals that i had on the weekend? feel dead guilty :(

    I know non of them are great for me but i havent been out in ages and its my first night out in ages. Im 5ft 3 93-98lbs and do 1-2hours of cardio per day and 20mins on the bike also abit of yoga. I hate drinking vodka on its own with like coke or w/e and i hate gin. so these are my options and i was just wondering which is the LESS CALORIES not sugar, calories. I wont be having anything to eat apart from a plain salad so i can have a drink tonight btw.

  • A boozy weekend?

    I work out mostly everday 2hours of a cardio and yoga. But the gyms have been shut for bank holiday. It has been bank holiday weekend so me and friends have been quite naughty with the booze. (drinks, Cider,Wkd's, etc) Nothing too calorific. I havent been stuffing my face with food at all. Tonight is my last night off and mum wants me to have a drink and a meal with her, should i? or will it affect my weight for sure? After today its straight back in the gym and no alcohol for years! will i put weight on? The drink is either Fosters & Orange orr Orange and gin. and the meal is like fish tomoto's carrots etc.

    Im chilling with the girlies, camp sesh! Haaa. Buut i was wondering If the wine i got wasnt too calorific? a.k.a high in calories, I work out 3-4times a week, 2hours of cardio each day, bike 15-20mins and yoga. So tonight is my night off! But i still wanna be careful with the alchohol. I got some Strawberry Fruity Wine, Smirnoffs, and Vs's (which is like sugar free alkie pops) also i heard strongbow cider is quite low in calories too, will i be ok just to have a night off tonight? I've recently been fasting so should i have some fruit this morning before i drink tonight? although i will be eating tonight.

    I drink SOME weekends. either friday or saturday, usual i drink either Sugar Free Wkd's, Smirnoff OR Magners/Bulmers cider. not all of them in the same night obviously i stick to one. I don't want to put any weight and i work out (cardio,dance,yoga) 3-4times a week, i eat right. and i lower my calories on the day im going to be drinking. I don't want to drink every single weekend cuz i know i'll get a huge belly! so if i do it like one weekend, miss 2 weekends, then do it, then miss 2. if i keep it like that should i be ok!?

    Alright i know some alcohol drinks can give you a tummy. i dont drink everday, Just on the weekend either Friday night or Saturday. I don't wanna put any weight on but i like a drink on the weekend.
