Will it burn the extra cals off?

Will a 90minute walk on 6.8 and 4incline cardio work out and yoga all week get me back on track and burn the fatty alcohol cals that i had on the weekend? feel dead guilty :(

Update:

I normaly do 2hours of cardio everyday and yoga but i had the weekend off and went alittle crazy with the booze. Lol

Im 5ft 3

NORMALY! weigh 94-98lbs.

    lol, how much did you drink? It's a great start, definitely. If you want to get drunk, lose weight, and do something good for your community, give blood before you go drinking. You will help others, and you will get drunker faster, stay drunker longer, consume less calories doing so, and regenerating those blood cells will actually burn calories in itself.

    haha yeah it should get you back on track after a night out!!

    As for the guy suggesting you drink after giving blood... err... not a good idea. You dramatically increase the risk of alcohol poisoning if you do that.

    A better way would be to skip dinner, as you will metabolise the alcohol faster and get drunk quicker... but still this isn't a very healthy path to take.

    Low-carb / low sugar drinks would be a better option.

    yes,but just dash a tsp or 2 of wine or beer in fresh fruit juice in future if you cant kick off the alcohol completely...
