Eaten too much??

Today i've done 2hours of cardio and 10mins of the bike, and 200 crunchess. i've eaten (after training) 2 slices of lean ham 2 slices of turkey and plain salad no dressings. Then i had loads of fruit, peachs, pineapple, kiwii and about 10raisens.

is this too much?? should i even be eating after working out? im trying to maintain my weight. 98lbs (5ft 3 btw)

should i have anything else to eat today? if so what? i wont be eating till i come home from my boyfriends, which will be about 9 or something, which is bad i know, if i can i will eat before i go. :)

Update:

IT is VERY important to eat after exercise.

It refills your blood sugar so you won't be tired.

And thats hardly anything for how much you exercised.

    You sound a little obsessed.

That's a lot of simple carbs, a little too much.

Are you saying you're only having the two meals a day? You should have 5 - 6 small meals a day.

I can't tell you what to eat because you weren't meticulous enough about your goals and it differs from goal to goal.

Personally, I think you're doing way too much cardio and FYI, doing 200 crunches is useless!

It's a blend of matters--as a rule it is too little activity (as a result of an excessive amount of comfort of "non-bodily" events and activities, loss of right social areas TO get activity like parks and sidewalks, and many others.) and having meals WAY to easy. Plus we are CONSTANTLY uncovered to it---billboards, TV/Radio, eating place commercials, in line at verify-out counters, merchandising machines, on-line. If you are regularly uncovered to it, you are going to be regularly considering it. And the extra you suppose approximately some thing, the extra you'll be able to generally tend to have interaction in some thing it's you are considering--meals, sporting activities, TV, and many others.. I rather hate that aspect of America. We're so severe; it is both the ones "wellness-nuts" who're obsessive about monitoring EVERYTHING or the ones humans who do not know or do not care and are obsessive about consuming EVERYTHING. Then there are humans like me, who grew up round each varieties of humans, and now I haven't any suggestion myself rather learn how to manage matters like meals and thus battle a LOT. I recognize what is healthful and well, and in general I can keep on with it, however many times seeing commercials for a pleasant chocolate cake or anyone else consuming it, I begin to suppose, "I've been rather healthful in recent years. And I've been placing plenty of time into university. Plus I simply aced that tremendous examination... Maybe I deserve it." And then that piece of chocolate cake will turn out to be 2 portions, and BOOM I (anyone who eats fruit & oatmeal for breakfast and salads for dinner, and runs 6 miles a number of instances per week plus force trains) simply grow to be one of the crucial lazy Americans. It's a curler coaster. And I'd REALLY love to get off.

if you did all that exercise you should be fine to eat a whole normal meal and still not gain any more than a pound which if you continue to exercise will go away fast
