Have i eaten too much already?

This morning i've had

1 small kewii

1 small orange

3 small peachs

4 raisens

and 30g serving of readybreak (108cals)

with 100 mls of semi skinned milk

Update:

I won't be having anything untill 8 tonight, as its a party at my cousins house. i was trying to save my calories for the alcohol and something to eat tonight but i think i've blown it :( i shall be doing 30mins of walking though so it should burn a few of the cals off?

    Good start. Maybe replace the milk with 2 servings of soy milk.

    The problem is your next meal is not till 8. Your metabolism will begin to slow down in a few hours, so you'd be much better off finding a way to eat a 2 more small meals before 8. That way you'll keep burning fat and will stay in better shape.

    Honey, you are anorexic. You are very thin and obsessed about your food intake. If you count the number of raisins you eat then you are in trouble. You should get some professional help.
