Whichhhhh??
Im not working out much today but im trying to maintain my weight (98lbs-100lbs) i've walked about 4mile maybe 5 today thats all. I know i have to eat something even though im not working out much, but i want to know which one is best for me/healthiessst/NON calorific and something that just dissapears like fruit.
Tomoto soup (74Cals)
Plain salad lettuce cucumber tomoto's etc, 2-3slices of turkey and squirt of lemon to break down fat.

bare in mind its all im having to eat today. and some fruit.

i woudl go with the salad, but i thnk you should eat more than just that today. you still did exercise, and your body needs food to recover from the exercise. Add some crasins and a low fat ranch dressing instead of the lemon. It will still break down the food while providing you with the extra boost of energy you will need to get through the day.
Later eat some dairy of some sort. I like to have a yogurt at dinner time when i am not eating a full meal. Other diary would be cottage cheese, or a smoothie with milk in it.
Definetly eat pleanty of fruit through the day. Pineapple or garpes would be your best choice.
