Sounds like you need to get some help for anorexia. I say that with all seriousness. You weigh far too little, and exercise far too much. And you're concerned about cutting calories? Please get some treatment. Your overexercise with a lack of calories is causing you to burn off muscle and you're likely damaging your organs. Your body requires around 1500 calories a day, to function, and that's if you did nothing but sleep. You're also slowing down your metabolism, by not eating. You need to start eating more and exercising less. Quit calorie counting and throw away that scale. Worry about your health or you likely won't be healthy much longer. Just eat natural foods; whole grains instead of hulled grains. Red potatoes instead of regular. Fillet instead of processed meats. Fruit instead of candy. Extra Virgin Olive oil and Cold Pressed Hempseed oil are healthy oils that won't make you fat. Please just get some treatment. Try to eat closer to how nature intended and you'll reach and stay at your ideal weight. Not all calories are created equal. Lower GI carbs are far less likely to be stored as fat, so even if you're trying to be a stick figure you can still eat them. Processed sugars are much higher on the GI scale, therefore will be stored as fat. Lower GI carbs break down slower and provide energy for a longer period of time. Not all calories are created equal. Raw butter won't be stored as fat nearly as much as pasteurized butter. High fiber foods will slow down your carb absorption, therefore allowing for you to utilize the carbs as energy as opposed to them being stored as fat. It's easy to gain weight from drinking soda as opposed to fruit juice. It's because of the type of sugar. Candy bars have bad sugars, refined complex carbs, and bad fat. You can be slim and still eat plenty of calories, as long as you eat quality calories. And you really are burning off muscle, which weighs much more than fat. So quit it with the scale and the calorie counting. And seriously get some help for the body dismorphic disorder. You need to stop focusing in on little details, and look at the big picture. Get a grip! 2 hours of cardio? 20 more minutes of exercise. You're destroying your body! You seriously need to seek some treatment for the anorexia.

light beers are low in calories if you like beer, and you're only 98lbs, don't worry about it so much.
