Tonightttt?

Im chilling with the girlies, camp sesh! Haaa. Buut i was wondering If the wine i got wasnt too calorific? a.k.a high in calories, I work out 3-4times a week, 2hours of cardio each day, bike 15-20mins and yoga. So tonight is my night off! But i still wanna be careful with the alchohol. I got some Strawberry Fruity Wine, Smirnoffs, and Vs's (which is like sugar free alkie pops) also i heard strongbow cider is quite low in calories too, will i be ok just to have a night off tonight? I've recently been fasting so should i have some fruit this morning before i drink tonight? although i will be eating tonight.

    You sure work out well!

    This won't harm you, even in "The Biggest Loser" The trainers said themselves "Once in a while treats won't harm you" So go for it, looks like you deserve it for all that hard work!

    The calories are not majorly high, there not that high that they will give you to much of craving, alcohol can give you a big belly at night time though :p But in the morning it will doze off.

    Sounds like you deserve a night off. Just make sure you eat something before you start drinking or you may end up getting drunk very fast. Then you won't be able to remember how much fun you had on your night off! Enjoy.....

    well if your worried about staying in shape i wouldn't even touch the alcohol, and instead of asking us how many calories are in the stuff, read the nutrition facts on the back of the bottle
