Detoxing, DAY 3?

Im on a detox diet, day 3. Im losing weight but lack of energy! I normaly do 2hours of cardio and 20mins of the bike, i've done it for 2 days now i think i shall need to cut it down abit, say 1hour cardio?? what u think??

I normaly do a really fast speed walk on 70 and 4Incline. 2hours.

    You need to contact an eating disorder hotline or go to a doctor asap because 5'3 and 98lbs is severely underweight. You do realize you can die of a heart attack even at your young age. You wont look to good in your skinny little size 2 jeans if your dead will ya!?!?!

    I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!     First off, are you doing a detox diet because you really want to detoxify yourself, or because you want to lose weight?

    depends what your detoxing on but on a detox you shouldnt be doing excesive excercise
