What have you/going to eat today?

How much do you weigh?

Do you do any exercise to stay slim, or just eat right?

    I think I weigh like.. maybe 100-105. I don't know. The last time I weighed myself I was 100. I'm also 5'1, so I think I'm overweight for my height.

    I jog in the mornings, do crunches once in a while.

    Today I had:

    Banana

    Milk

    Rice (two bowls)

    Spicy Vegetables

    Fried Korean Pancakes

    String Cheese

    Water (2-3 bottles)

    Today's consumption:

    Breakfast: 1/2 cantaloupe, 8 oz. plain yoghurt, 12 oz. whole milk and 2 medium sized mugs of coffee.

    AM snack: 2 oz. whole almonds, unsalted

    Lunch: 3 or 4 oz. grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli and carrots with lemon pepper for a bit more flavour and a slice of whole grain bread with a thin smear of butter. Had a spicy V-8 to drink.

    Afternoon snack: 3/4 C. fresh blueberries

    Dinner: Romaine salad with a bit of crumbled bleu cheese, cherry tomatoes, a diced rib of celery, red onion slice pulled apart into rings and fresh ground black pepper washed down with plain hibiscus tea.

    PM snack: Black grapes and cubed cheddar cheese.

    I drink water throughout the day every day.

    I'm 5'6" and weigh about 140. I don't jump on the scale unless I'm at the doctors office. I figure if I feel good, am comfortable with me and know I'm taking care of myself, why obsess?

    I walk a lot; about 5 hours a week on purpose where I'm not just strolling. I do basic stretching each morning, any time at work I feel a bit stressed or bored, and before I go to bed. I ride horses about 12 hours a week, regardless of weather, since there is always outside work at home. When it's nice out, we go for bicycle rides on Sunday afternoons as a family or bowling, to batting cages or ice skating on Saturday trips to town when it's not so nice. Being a mother of 9 keeps me active and probably helps with any moments I may otherwise be 'bored'.

    I'm a 16 year old girl. I'm 5'4 110 pounds. I workout 3-4 times a week doing alot of cardio and some weight training. Today i ate:

    Orange Juice

    Bowl of whole wheat cereal

    Apple

    Watermelon

    Box of raisins

    Special K bar

    Baked potatoe

    Peas

    Alot of water:)

    I weigh 140 and do not exercise.

    Today I had:

    Peanut Butter Sandwich

    Chili Cheese Coney

    Sierra Mist

    Beef Taco

    Refried Beans

    Water

    Chips & Salsa

    Vanilla Pudding

    here is an example of what i eat in a day:

    breakfast--- oatmeal with 1 whole box of milk, 2 eggs (i don't eat all the eggs yolks though), bread, and maybe some nuts

    snack--- sandwich with ham and cheese

    lunch--- some meat, a bowl of veges, a bowl of rice

    snack--- a fruit, some biscuits or bread

    dinner--- similar with lunch but i also drink soup

    i sometimes eat dessert or junk food

    it sounds like im an Asian, right??

    im about 150, i eat a lot of food but i always work it off, i just do basic like them crunches for the abs so i maintain a flat belly with abs and 50 push ups a day and i play football in the evenings, the foods are like 3 egg sandwitches in the morning , rice and fried chicken for lunch and my mom cooks dinner in the evening.........

    Im FAT.

    I dont exercise... obviously or i wouldnt be so fat

    Porridge for breakfast

    Baked potato for Lunch

    and its not t time yeat but ill be having bolognaise

    149lbs @ 12% body fat. (male)

    I'm studying so i ate **** food like packets of chips and junk food all day.

    I usually work out 4-6 times a week and i usually eat right.
