I have some defrosted hamburger meat what should I make?

White Sloppy Joes

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

3 tablespoons milk

4 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

salt and pepper to taste

6 hamburger buns, split

Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease. Stir in cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), milk and liquid smoke. Reduce heat to low, and cook just until hot. Stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Serve on hamburger buns.

Cook and drain the meet

add some salt, peper and an oxo cube

then add a can of mushroom soup

simmer for about 15/20 min

Put it over rice or noodles

Try this, I had the same problem and wanted something different. It is really good...

1- 1.5 lbs ground beef

1 pack of brown gravy mix

Pasta noodles (any variety)

You can add a cup of green peppers or broccoli (optional)

Boil Pasta

Cook ground beef with spices of your choice until brown

Drain fat from beef and add brown gravy mix and 3/4 cups of cold water.

bring to boil and reduce heat. (Add vegetables now)

Cover and let simmer for 10-15 mins

Pour mixture over noodle and enjoy!!
