Locks of Love. Am I donate-able?

Since your hair isn't colored (and I'm assuming not bleached) as long as you cut off at least 10 inches of healthy hair in a pony tail/braid(cut above the elastic..all the instructions can be found at locksoflove.org) your hair would be accepted :)

Not a problem Locks of love accept anything like this. all you do is have your hair dresser cut your hair in a pony tail, they will pull the band down low enough so they can still cut your hair in the style you want. leave the pony in the rubber band and ship it out. they will send you the envelope you need to put it in and all. The best thing you could every do is to give hair to locks of love for those who need it. The answer is Yes you have alot of hair to work with and they would be willing to accept it from you.

They need at least 10" and you sound like a good candidate. Stop in a salon that promotes the Locks of Love program and they'll let you know. That's awesome that you want to do that!

i did locks of love and i had layers, but they have to cut off at least 12 inches... so it depends how long your hair is.

From my understanding, if you have nice clean hair and it is long enough to put into a ponytail, then yes, they will accept it. You need to find a salon to help ou with the donation. That's a really great thing to do, and i thank you for it!!

It should be acceptable. As long as there's at least 10 inches that can be cut off, you should be fine.
