Hi. would like to know what web design programs people have used and felt were easy to use and under 100.00
I have a friend who designs web pages, and uses Adobe's Dreamweaver but that is way out of my price range.
I need something for the Web design Novice that is not too expensive.

If you have any Microsoft Suite then use either MS FrontPage or MS Publisher. When I started out I used MS Publisher because of the awesome templates, and me being a ovice as well, I didn't really know much about web designing nor did I have the money to buy such programs as Dreamweaver.
Also, MS Publisher and MS FrontPage have awesome forums that will allow you to ask the experts of these programs for assistance.

It's free.
If you are a novice designer, it is best to stick to the free stuff first :)
