If I am physically unable to go to a memorial service I shall have my Private Quiet Moment and then play the TAPS on my Trumpet. ♥

Yes, not only the fallen soldiers. But I and my family will honor those that have served and are still with us and we will be having a party for my nephew who will be going to Iraq this summer. He leaves for training shortly after Memorial Day.

Thank you for that. So many people seem to forget what Memorial Day is all about. They look at it as a 3 day weekend, travel, and BBQs.
We cherish too, the Poppy red
That grows on fields where valor led,
It seems to signal to the skies
That blood of heroes never dies.

I will attend a service and say a prayer for our fallen heroes and our airmen, soldiers, sailors, and marines carrying on the fight.

NO WAY! Abortion is not any form of honoring our soldiers. If you are pregnant, the guy doesn't know, tell him... it is his kid too. Adoption is a VERY honorable thing to do. And not to mention abortion is murder. To answer your other questions, I would figure an abortion recovery would be similar to a miscarriage, and you would take a couple weeks to heal before having sex again.

i do everyday, not just on Memorial Day. i have an American Flag displayed over my house. every time i see a soldier, in the mall, in the grocery, (they are in full uniform) i always go over and shake their hand and thank them. i do this with police officers as well. i never take for granted the sacrifice they make for my (our) protection and safety.
