Wow, you have had a time with that vehicle! I would try to contact the main office and explain to them what problems you are having and the way the dealership is treating you as one of their consumers. I would also contact the lemon law attorneys. I would also trade in the vehicle for something more dependable! I would be afraid to take it any where thinking I might not get there! Check it out on the Internet and find a reliable vehicle, I have a 1995 olds lss and it has only left me stranded once, when the battery died. It has 197346 miles on it and doesn't look the greatest, but it still runs like a top and I haven't had to do and thing more than general maintenance on it. I hope you get your problems with it straightened out soon! Maybe you are being TOO nice at the dealership. Start being a little more stern may help, tell them that they can take the piece of junk and stick it. I don't know the answer, but someone really needs to notify the company of their crappy vehicle and the insufficient people they have working for them. Good luck!!!

I used to own a Samurai and that thing was bullet-proof. Underpowered but extremely reliable. After college, I went to work for Suzuki Corp in Brea, California. It seemed fair to trust them since my experience and my friends' experiences with the Samurais,Swifts and Sidekicks (not to mention the Geo/Chevy Trackers,Sprints and Metros) had been good. While working there, it occured to me that those old Suzukis were in the pre-GM dominance days. Now GM practically calls the shots. That 2.5 liter V6 engine has problems- more than GM wants to admit. There were many complaints- something unheard of on the old Vitaras and the Sidekicks they replaced. Do like the previous answer said and give Suzuki a call. They are pretty friendly people and a lot nicer than the dealer you've been dealing with. Also, you should try contacting other dealers just to see how they react to your situation (preferably ones in Austin, Dallas or Houston- usually the bigger the city, the better the service because of competition). Maybe they'll be more considerate.
