It could be for a variety of reasons why its not working. Heres a few:

There are entries missing in the windows registry.

There may be files the program is expecting in the All Users directory.

There may be files the program is expecting in the user loading the programs Application Data directory.

Its best to reinstall the program properly from the installation media.

However if you have all the files backed up and the registry backed up, you could use Process Monitor from Sysinternals to see which files/registry entries quicken is looking for and place them back where they should be.

Try formatting the computer and downloading the files from www.demonoid.com

    www.bushtorrent.com

    www.torrentreactor.com

    www.torrentz.ws

Try using the software restoration to restore your lost files.
