What are these kind of jackets called?

Not peacoat, but thank you. It is a little hard to tell in the picture, and I apologize for that, I couldn't find any others.

A little description, best I can do: the ties are like, little cones of wood that you just stick through cloth loops. These jackets are normally like knee-length but they don't have to be. I mean, pretty much the only distinguishing feature is the little wooden cones and cloth loops. I'm quite sure they're not peacoats.
