Monegasque succession question?

If Monaco followed the old French laws of succession, which barred women and their issue from the throne, who would be Albert's successor? Who among European royalty is the closest male relative?

Monaco would revert back to France if Albert had no heirs. If he were not allowed to count on his siter Caroline and her heirs there are still other family members around. His family is from the from the French noble family of Polignac,so one of their male issue would be a good choice. Other far-fetched possibilities are:

Prince Charles 5th cousin once removed

Prince Emanuel Filiberto of Italy 5th cousin

Prince Felipe of Spain 6th cousin

Prince Friedrich Wilhelm of Germany 5th cousin twice removed

Prince Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands 7th cousin

(See a list of some of the people he is related to at http://www.familyforest.com/Prince_Albert_1.html

Under the constitution of Monaco, the eldest son of the incumbent inherits the throne, or the eldest daughter if there are no sons. Should the reigning Prince die without legitimate offspring, the succession passes through the Prince's siblings and their legitimate descendants using the same male-preference rule. If a would-be successor dies or renounces the succession, the succession nevertheless passes to his or her own legitimate descendants using the same male-preference rule. The next in line of succession is known as the Hereditary Prince(ss) of Monaco.

If Monaco chose to follow the old French laws of succession, the next male heir after heiress presumptive, Princess Caroline, would be Andrea Casiraghi, son of the Princess with the late Stefan Casiraghi.
